These are our trading terms and conditions. They do not affect your statutory rights - see your statutory rights . If you wish to contact us at our address you can do so here grumpygeorge is the seller and you are the buyer. When you place an order you are indicating your desire to enter into an agreement with us. grumpygeorge only enters into an agreement with you when we actually accept an order via an email to you saying that the order is confirmed. We reserve the right not to accept an order. This will be done as soon as we become aware of an order that is unacceptable to us, or that we are unable to fulfill for whatever our reason.
Privacy. You are invited to provide us with your e-mail address, name, address, telephone number, country of origin. We will only share this information with third parties who provide services to us. For example, in order to process your credit card payment, we must share it with our payment processor. These third parties will only use your information to provide us with services.
Online payment.We use PayPal to handle all of our online customer order payments. Only PayPal see your card payment details.
Cancelling An Order. By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within 14 working days (a so-called "cooling-off period") starting from the day after the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and the item is not incorrect or damaged, you will be responsible for returning the item to us (including the cost in doing so) and that the item returned should reach us in a good and re-saleable condition.
Returning Incorrect Or Damaged Items If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because the item is damaged we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our cost or will refund the cost of the item and the cost of delivering the item.
Delivery Monday to Friday, our schedule is to process and send out all orders within 48 hours of receipt of order. We will process orders during weekends at our discretion. We will email customers concerned if any order will be subject to unexpected delay. If we (i wish!) decide to take a few days off, and not processing orders for that time, there will be clear notification of this in the NEWS column to the left of the page.
Any destination where import tax is applied to your purchase, it will be paid by the purchaser.
